3.) Run through the cycle. If desired add a fabric softener sheet for extra freshness.

Really enjoying this pillow medium to firm

Generous size pillow a bit firm and a bit soft. Cover is nice and the bag it comes in is pretty useful too. I like it has feathers inside instead of stuffing. I find this pillow pretty comfortable as well.

My new Down pillows are very comfortable and provide so much more support than my old worn out pillows.
I wish I had not waited so long to replace them.
I'm sleeping so much better now on my new Down pillows.

Is not same as pacific cost the one I had and this pillow has few dark spot on it I think is mold

Thank you for your feedback. The support level of our Down pillow is a bit different than your previous purchase with us. The dark spots that can be seen through the protector is the coloring on the duck down as we use grey duck down for the fill. We will contact you directly to resolve this.

Soft and squishy, just like I prefer it for my side sleeping. However, when I'm on my back, it flattens out totally and is not comfortable. Thinking if there were perhaps a bit more fill in the pillow, all would be right.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our Down Pillow. We strive for clear and accurate descriptions of comfort levels, and your feedback helps us fine-tune that communication.

I’ve been sleeping well on this down pillow for about a month now. Great softness! It lets you sink in and is really comfortable but still bounces back and retains its shape in the morning. Great quality.

We’re so glad the quality stood out — it’s what we’re most proud of. Thank you for letting us be part of your nightly ritual.
