Pillow arrived on time and was easy to wash/dry. Packaging was beautiful. I was so excited to finally have a "hotel pillow" at home. Unfortunately, the pillow I chose has a density that was much too firm. After reaching out to their customer service team, they gave me helpful recommendations for my pillow preferences and I am hopeful to be finding my dream pillow soon!
We appreciate your thoughtful review and are grateful you shared your experience. We’re sorry that this pillow didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll reach out to assist you with an alternative solution that may better suit your comfort needs.
These are so cozy-plush without being too soft and supportive without feeling firm
We’re thrilled you’re loving it! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with our DownAround Feather Pillow.

The pillow was too firm. So I’m returning it and I’m not very pleased about having to pay a shipping charge to send it back.

I've been buying feather pillows for years from Pacific Coast. I've always loved the pillows. This DownAround pillow is the WORST pillow I've ever experienced. It's so flat there's really no point in having a pillow at all.
Thank you for your honest feedback. We're here to help ensure you find the perfect fit — our team will reach out to assist you with a tailored recommendation.
I like the pillow but I don't LOVE it. I was hoping it would be a bit softer. I am hoping over time it will relax a bit more.

This pillow has been so much better for my sleep than my prior pillow. I am a side sleeper and struggle with the proper head/neck support. This pillow provides the perfect support for cradling my head. Feels so comfortable. Quality construction too.

Bought three. Two are great and one is terrible.
It’s hard as can be. Did not use the same time so I didn’t notice right away.
