How do I earn Restful Rewards points?
You can earn rewards points in several ways, including making purchases, signing up for emails, following us on social media, and celebrating your birthday. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
How do I redeem Restful Rewards points?
You can redeem rewards once you reach a minimum of 200 points. Log into your account and select an available reward at checkout. Please note that only one reward can be redeemed per order.
Do Restful Rewards points expire?
Yes. Rewards points expire 365 days from the date they are earned. We recommend redeeming your points regularly, so they don’t go unused.
What are Restful Rewards tiers?
Restful Rewards tiers are designed to recognize your annual spend and unlock additional benefits as you move up. Higher tiers receive more exclusive perks and rewards.
What are the Restful Rewards tier levels?
There are three rewards tiers based on annual spend:
- Essential: $0–$499 annual spend
- Signature: $500–$999 annual spend
- Reserve: $1,000+ annual spend
How long do I keep my rewards tier status?
Your tier status is valid for a rolling 12-month period, starting from the date you qualify. Continued purchases during that period help you maintain or advance your tier.
What happens if I don’t maintain my tier spend?
If you don’t meet the required spend within your rolling 12-month period, your rewards tier may change. Don’t worry, you can always level back up.
What benefits come with each rewards tier?
All tiers earn 1 point per $1 spent and receive a birthday reward. Higher tiers unlock additional benefits such as exclusive promotions, tier upgrade bonuses, double point days, and free shipping, as outlined in the tier chart.
How can I track my rewards points and tier progress?
You can view your points activity, tier status, and progress toward the next tier by logging into your Restful Rewards account dashboard.
